This privacy policy explains what data we may collect when you use our site, contact us or book an appointment, why we use it, and what your rights are.

Depending on your interaction with AuraSkin, we may process:
- your first and last name;
- your e-mail address;
- your phone number;
- the name of your company or institute;
- your VAT number;
- the size of your business;
- the information you voluntarily provide us in a message;
- the information necessary to organise an appointment;
- certain technical data related to your use of the site, such as information about your browser, device, IP address and browsing, when its collection is authorised.
We do not ask you, via the site, to provide us with special categories of personal data such as data concerning your health.
3. Why do we use your data?

Respond to your requests Process a request for information, a demonstration request, a commercial request or any other request you send us.
Organise your appointments Plan and manage a demonstration, call or meeting with our team.
Follow up commercially on your request Contact you again regarding a request you initiated and follow up on our exchanges.
Ensure the site's operation and security Maintain the site, prevent abuse and resolve any technical issues.
Measure and improve site performance Where permitted by applicable law and, where required, after obtaining your consent, we may use statistical tools to understand how the site is used and improve its operation.
Measure our advertising campaigns Subject to your consent where required, certain technologies may allow us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and better understand the actions taken after an advertisement is displayed or clicked.

5. Appointment booking — Calendly
AuraSkin uses Calendly to enable the booking of certain appointments.
When you use Calendly, certain information necessary to organise the appointment may be processed by Calendly on behalf of AuraSkin.
Calendly may process the information you provide when booking, as well as certain information necessary for scheduling the appointment.
Calendly has its own measures and commitments relating to data protection.
Some processing carried out as part of this service may involve data transfers outside the European Economic Area. Where necessary, such transfers are governed by the mechanisms provided for by applicable regulations.
6. WhatsApp and Google Meet
Depending on your preferences and the circumstances, our exchanges or certain appointments may also take place via WhatsApp or Google Meet.
When you choose to use these services, their providers may process certain data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

7. Hosting and e-mail
The website as well as AuraSkin's professional e-mail address are hosted by Hostinger.
As part of providing its technical services, Hostinger may be required to process certain data on behalf of AuraSkin.
8. Statistical and advertising tools
Subject to your cookie preferences and applicable legislation, our site may notably use:
- Google Analytics (GA4);
- Google Tag Manager;
- Google Ads;
- Meta Pixel.
These technologies may process certain information relating to your device and browsing in order to measure site usage, conversions, and the performance of our advertising campaigns.
Where your consent is required, these technologies must only be activated after your choice.

9. Data recipients
Your data is accessible only to the people and providers who need it for their duties.

- our appointment-scheduling providers;

We do not sell your personal data.
10. Retention period
Data relating to prospects and commercial requests is kept for a maximum period of 2 years from the last contact, unless a different period is required due to a legal obligation, an ongoing contract, or the defence of our rights.
Data that becomes necessary as part of a contractual relationship may be kept for the periods imposed or authorised by applicable legislation.

AuraSkin may amend this privacy policy to reflect changes in its activities, the technologies used, or applicable regulations.
